Yeah we have certain traditions here, but they're not obligations and if the Court rules so, they can't be laws and that's that. That's why you can toss someone out of the Legion for wearing a dirty baseball cap but you can't toss them out for wearing a yarmulke or a turban. The law says it's part of their identity, not a fashion accessory.

i have never needed to provide photo ID to vote, when i have voted. if that is not a requirement, why does it matter if anyone's face is covered?
