I don't believe that corporations are people, but if an organism has human genetic code, then yes, it is a person. I just think the mother has the right to kill of that person while she's carrying it.
It is not a person. It's a living thing (only thanks to the mother, for whom it is basically a parasite until it is able to be born living and viable).
'Person' is a moral concept and what constitutes a person is essentially a philosophical debate. Science can help us in that debate but the concept of 'person' has no scientific definition.
