Saying there's racism in police institutions isn't an endorsement of assaults on police. Saying people are treating innocent brown people like shit in the wake of a tragedy isn't a fucking endorsement of ISIS. You're INSANE. You should read some of the stuff on Gawker then because everytime there's a new police shooting in the US the automatic response, and not just of the commenters but of the "reporters" too, is a fuck-the-police & death-to-white-America tantrum. They're a private group that can say what they want but places like that are proof that the left is as much a den of death-to-our-enemies! as much as the right is. The left is just as good as the right is in trying to get people they don't like killed and they've been doing it since the French Revolution.

I don't see at all where Bart is wrong in saying that far too often the media is a willing accomplice of specific political movements and also a barely-disguised apparatus of certain political parties. This is historical fact as far as I'm concerned. It's an absolute truth IMO when I say something like that about the CBC doing the job for the Liberals and Dippers as much as it is when a left-winger says that FOX is just the messenger boy for the GOP/TeaBirchers. Much like fairy tales we should all probably have long since stopped believing that any media anywhere is interested in any kind of provably-objective 'truth'. I'll believe that when it's all reported by emotionless robots without an axe of their own to grind but not while it's something that's performed by any human.

That's something that makes me appreciate the net is that no matter how biased a popularly reported story is you can always go to the web and find people who will doggedly sort out the truth.

Also, the next time you or someone else on your side of the spectrum calls a Republican or a conservative a 'Nazi' or a 'fascist' do be prepared for me to shut you down just the same as you're doing here.

The news sites that get rid of their comments section are still linking to Facebook so they can let Zuckerberg's monstrosity take the heat for them when controversial flame wars break out.
