If you are not a proghole then it shouldn't bother you. It doesn't bother Public Domain so obviously it doesn't apply to him.

On another forum I visit the overuse of the word "fanboy" as an insult prompted the mods to make an interesting change. Every time someone typed "fanboy" the system automatically converted it to sk8rboi, as in the Avril Lavigne song. I propose we do the same thing here, where every time "prog" is used it automatically gets turned into something nonsensical. Not necessarily to sk8rboi, even though it would be damn funny to see one of Fiddy's posts where he calls everyone to the left of Joe McCarthy a "prog" only to see that alleged insult get turned into sk8rboi. Something like this would kind of be the literal height and essence of contemptuous irreverence.

My standard there is that if black people continue to use that term then so can and so should everyone else. To say that only black people are allowed to say "nigger" while everyone else has to say "N-word" is racist.

It has nothing to do with politics, numbnuts. "Prog", Picoult, is taken. Prog is progressive rock and for many it is as near religion as Christ is to you. So you can't have it. You can't take "prog" and do what you did to "liberal" and turn it into a term for something ugly. Prog is beautiful. Nothing is sweeter than Lifeson's ES-355 with the chrorus cranked. You can't have "Prog". If you want to fina a blanket phrase/insult to toss at socialists, you need to find another term for it. Otherwise I call you Christtards.
