OTI could simply adopt the same attitude, and not take offense where Martin offered none. Rebutting Martin's opinion is easy after that, as no one has been convicted of murder in the Dzienkanski incident, so no one is a 'murderer'. Incorrect adjective. Did they get away with murder? That's a matter of opinion.

When someone makes a stupid remark about a friend of yours and calls him a murderer, we'll see how warm and fuzzy you are.
