I can see some teenagers sentance being reduced from life in prison so he could be eventually get out but once the guy went back to crime, he was put back in jail. I can't see you objecting to this.
If the teenager's first crime was a murder, capital punishment would have stopped him from committing crimes in the future too.
So you think that from going from a 95 year long prison term to freedom after what, 11 years of prison was a good idea? He was all of a sudden eligable for parole, he broke the rules. He got no counseling, nothing, so wtf did you expect? Did you expect him to be a model citizen? He got jailed again, and freed AGAIN by those stupid judges. Now 4 innocent people are dead, a 12 yo girl raped, just because Huckabee AND those judges didn't have a clue.
Of course Huckabee says: If I had known then what I know now, I never would have. Hello, newsflash, THAT IS YOUR DAMNED JOB! If you can't do that, don't release people. Not that hard, is it?
