Cars are not dinky toys, it takes time to learn how to work with them.
I like the fact these extra restrictions will force you to think more carefully
about what you are doing.. exactly what is was designed to do.
Driving over the speed limit = a 30 day suspension? 95% of drivers on the road drive over the speed limit
Longer time between G1 and G2 (or G i can't remember) equals we have to pay more for insurance for longer, what is the government going to do about that? Oh right nothing, because the government doesn't like finding actual solutions, just banning things or making new stupid laws. It's seems like that's what this government does.
Only one passenger when you are under 21? So designated drivers are now a terrible idea. How about it takes like 4 more cars to go to a bar now, which causes more green house gas emissions. Oh shit, looks like this government doesn't give a damn about the environment, the lying sacks of shite. Either that, or more people are motivated to drink and drive.

I agree, 95% of drivers go over the limit.
maybe its time to start changing that.

or teach people to drive within the limit.
