A fair number of people in Canada receive non-wage money. It's called Welfare. How economic rent is supposed to guarantee income to people who are not land or resource holders I do not understand.

Somehow I doubt that Dion's emmissions tax plan will cut into the Green Party support. Party support is 6% to 12% depending on the poll.
