stratos stratos: $1: No, once again you missed what he wrote. He wrote that Justin Trudeau being the 'man of the house' does not give him ownership of his wife. And consequently, his wife not wanting him to do something does not give her ownership over Justin Trudeau. It's an equal partnership. I wrote; if you can't have a civil adult conversation in the equal partnership of 'marriage', the partnership is already broken.
No this is EXACTLY what he wrote Tricks Tricks: Mowich Mowich: Considering how long this virus has been spreading around the world, one just might question why the leader of our country would agree with his spouse traveling at all. Just saying. I wasn't aware she is his property to command. So I just want him to respond when his some time in the future wife tells him NO he can't do something to respond in kind. That he is not her property to command. Holy shit dude, did you rescue you wife from some sort of enslavement??? That’s not how things work.

No we divorced because she became a drug addict, lying, cheating, piece of shit. All you real men on here go and do the exact opposite of what the wife when she tells you to not do something.

Real men??? I think you should define what a Real Man is! And sorry about your family problem there, but it has nothing to do with my wife, or I suspect, the wives of other men here.

Forcing or coercing people to do things they don't want to do doesn't produce the results you expect.

herbie herbie: You're using JT's "because it's 2015" in 2020 on people who really, really want it to be 1953.... "Its' 2015". What a pointless, meaningless non-sequitur. Especially coming from that jackhole, Groper. Yep, it's now 2020 but according to Mr. Non-Sequitur, you must love and embrace non-Western religions, even though religion is bullshit and "God" is a delusion. Yep, it's 2020 but we must still respect, love and embrace stone age superstitions and ignorance. Now THAT'S progressive.

OMG you're an actual Godless Commie! Nice to see some 'balance' on this forum. Now if you could repress the urge for knee jerk reactions, lashing out and making rash assumptions it might be a positive balance

Sorry that your marriage experience was terrible. On the flip side, all I need to do is discuss why I want to do something, and we usually work out a compromise (like if I want to go out with my buddies and leave her with the kiddo, the next day, she gets to go shopping and I watch the kiddo). At the same time, we both will the other one in no uncertain terms if something the other person is doing is a problem.

Um, can you please define what a real man is? For instance, I could say that a 'real man' is someone who treats his family with respect and doesn't give a shit about what any third party thinks of him doing so, and that definition would be just as valid as anything you come up with.

Nope. I'm not saying ban religion. I'm merely saying quit legitimizing it. Religion is a choice. Just like political affiliation. Yet one has strong Constitutional protection while the other basically has none. If you assault a religious person simply because of their religion, that's a hate crime. But if you assault someone just because of their political beliefs, then it's just simple assault, no hate crime there. What, exactly, is the difference? They're both choices.
