Don't have and never will have one of those things, chico. I'll accept your comments on the place I live in when you're someday capable of moving beyond the myths and lies you spread about us. I would find it immensely funny though if no one out here bought any more Ontario-built vehicles, like those trucks you despise so much, for a couple of years just to see the fucking hammer the precipitous decline in sales lays on the southeastern part of your province. Add it to the list of machine tools, engines, pumps, pipe, plate steel, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and a few hundred other things that Ontario used to sell out here but no longer is thanks to the dirty trick the Saudis played on everyone. But cutting off your nose to spite your face is something that central Canada never learned to stop doing. The cheap laffs at someone else's expense were just so much more important than things like acknowledging how the interconnectivity of the entire economy was lifting all boats. But now it's all over, and probably for good. Oh well and ha ha ha ha ha.

Dude, get over yourself.

Your act is getting tired. Your pity party has gone on long enough to impress most grade school kids.

I know that lots of jobs have been lost here but I have been going almost non-stop since July and just got a very sweet offer for another job in the new year which pays more and has far less time stuck in shitty camps. There is lots of jobs up here that are going unfilled because dumb fucks can't pass a drug test.

Huh, that figures. Frigin commies always discriminating against the white man. I bet if I was a fresh off the boat immigrant there wouldn't even be an interview. They'd just sent me a fat cheque for my 12 kids and I'd spend it all on prayer rugs and turbins. And they wonder why we don't like Toronto. Sheesh. :D

Delwin Delwin:
True, but in order for us to really understand where you are coming from, maybe you could paint a picture for us, like how many miles/gallon does your hemi get?

What's wrong with a HEMI? I drive one but I don't jack it 5 feet with 4 feet wide tires, I'm not that stupid.

Nothing wrong with it, if you have to haul a heavy load it's probably a good fit. If you are using it to commute, it's about the most expensive way to do it. I was just helping to perpetuate the west coast, east coast stereotypes that some people think are so prevalent. Like how here in Toronto we all get together and decide ways to get even with Alberta when they are doing well because we have nothing better to do with our time. Or that giving a shit about the environment is actually a ploy to crash the economy out of sheer jealousy.

Never said that you were doing it yourself. You've got over a hundred MP's down there that you assign the task of screwing over the rest of the country. They're making a living out there that we don't like (clutches pearls)! Stop them!

My VW CC 2.0T ran on premium the Ram1500 (HEMI) runs on regular and it costs about the same to fill each. The HEMI has an Eco mode as most trucks now have this feauture which makes it easier to use as a daily driver.

Sure, sure. A vehicle that weighs at least 50% more, presents a much larger face to the wind and has an engine that is over 2 1/2 times as large gets almost the same fuel efficiency. Canada posts fuel efficiency numbers, you may want to compare vehicles.

Agreed. They'll just have to stop making vehicles like that. Shut down all the production lines and the people in Ontario working on those things will just have to suffer the consequences of choosing to have employment in such a risky industry.
