So far have seen plenty about the false racial discrimination claims he made but I have yet to find any reliable source suggest he was gay, or a gay activist, or that he was obsessed with Alison. Sources?

Edit: Just read some of the openly racist comments on that site. I just Googled the info and the image is posted there - I have NOTHING to do with that site or the posters on it.

Watched the live feed and some of the stuff the talking heads were saying was just silly. One line that was really dumb was how even after he was shot he kept filming and doing his job. he had dropped the camera after he was shot, he wasn't catching action for the news room.

After he'd been shot the videographer had aimed the camera at the killer and that's how the description of the son-of-a-bitch initially got out.

That said, granted, that's pretty obvious stuff right there. Not sure where the activism is though. I want a source on passes on Alison's husband if possible, which given his false racial claims, wouldn't be surprising.

Not saying I don't believe you at this point, but you're making a point of insisting it.

FR is not bad as an aggregator of news in times like this. The posting is hyper-partisan and I don't post there anymore because I'll just get banned for posting something factual that some yahoo doesn't like.
