I agree, the couple are embarrassed their exploits got them kicked off the property and the pastor is embarrassed that he looks like a bigot.

Again I feel a conversation with the couple, that did not involve calling the police, would have disarmed the situation quite well. If the pastor would have approached the couple and said "Excuse me, my children are present and I feel that the level of affection you two are showing is not appropriate." and at the end of that statement if you offer your hand and introduce yourself that puts them in an odd position.

To respond to DD, to me they look like lesbians, and I wouldnt call either of them 'fugly'. I really think your statement is in poor taste dude.

but to answer your question about lying: i think the KIDS are lying, in addition to being inappropriate. i know, i know... that's pretty out there, but youngsters (whether they be lesbian, amputees, black, finnish, legally blind, tone deaf, redheaded, blue eyed, or otherwise) sometimes take it too far then try to manipulate the truth when called on their bullshit. amazing,i know, but not all that uncommon.
