Doesn't anybody read why it's happened? They were in free trade discussions with a South American country who had objected because the long standing fee had been waived for Canada and Mexico but not them.

So of course the route to take by a cash strapped, broke, penniless, unimaginative country would be to re-institute the fee for ALL rather than exempt ALL.

Wondering here as to why they're in Free Trade agreements with anybody when their retarded congress is proposing "Buy American" as the only answer to relieve their job losses. They don't understand you cannot talk out of both sides of your mouth at the same time and expect to be taken seriously on anything.

The very nature of Free Trade talks include the ability/requirement to have manufacturing jobs move to where you expect to sell your crap.
