I'd hate to see what the maintenance bill for 1 million robots would look like.

Before everyone is deluded into thinking this is a brand issue, Foxconn also produces the internals of most Netbooks, PC motherboards and peripherals.

Not only that, but let's not forget that this is a Taiwanese company doing this, not the Chinese themselves.

is there a difference? Seems their modus operandi is much the same coming from the same background. And before you go on about Taiwan's democracy, that is only a recent thing. Prior to Lee Tung Hui's free election in 1996, Taiwan was mostly a totalitarian one party totalitarian state just like the PRC, as the DPP was merely tolerated by the KMT from 91 - 96.
