Food Aid isn't necessarily a couple trains of rice.

Someone should be able to come up with a 6 point plan using the demand for Aid to pry open the NK.

The NK opened fire on a RoK border post today after the RoK told the North Koreans what they could do with their demands. With the winter coming on it'll be interesting to see what happens.

Any aid that goes to North Korea is used to support their military first and foremost there usually isn't a lot left over for civilians. While I don't relish the idea of the North Korean civilians being short of food. I dosn't bother me in the least that their military quartermasters won't be able to feed their Peoples Army or whatever they call it.

The DPRK is also known to sell aid that is given to them as a means of raising cash to buy weapons.
