So she tracked down her son to get together, say she was sorry for giving him up, show him that she cared and loved him and just have a big feel good moment.
And then it went down just like that, but not quite the right way.
9-30 years sounds a bit much considering the context, considering most forms of murder top out around 10. Maybe 3 years tops.
