Considering most people in Somalia are not getting killed thats safe enough for me to sleep at night sending him back. If he gets killed or not in a place like that will depend a lot (granted not all) on how he handles himself, who he hangs with and who he pisses off. So for the most part he'll be the author of his own fate, much like he was here.
The fear is that he will be "officially" killed, not in some random violence. But I don't care, he should have thought of that before he did crimes here. We should hand each immigrant/refugee a paper, in their own language, that clearly states "If you commit a crime in Canada before you attain citzenship, you
will be deported no matter what fate awaits you in your homeland." And change the period to qualify for citizenship to 10 years.
