Their not going to jail. The solve rate for gang shootings is pathetically low.

When gang members kill each other it's not necessarily a bad thing.

Unfortunately, it's the innocent bystanders that usually get nailed because these assholes haven't had proper weapons training, and don't know how to aim. I'd be willing to teach them for free, all they've got to do is show up at their local military firing range with their weapons. The problem would be solved. However, what to do with the bodies...?

Gang members shooting each other isn't justice. To the general public and the families, they either see someone disappear or they see another murder. It's really the investigation and definition that's needed.

This also isn't just a Toronto problem but the way their handling it really shows the pandreing, hug-a-thug mentality. All the new basketball courts, skate parks or gun confescations simply arn't addressing the problem.
