Well, I'm not impressed with him as a leader. However, between this and the Rick Mercer sleep over at his house, he at least shows the occasional ability to have the common touch. He gets points for that - just like Bob Rae and the skinny dipping!

"The common touch". The last two Liberal leaders have sounded like they are lecturing the public. And Iggy also comes across as condescending. Of course some people might say that that was the way Harper started out too. But the reality is that if Ignatieff has any hope of being a successful party leader he is going to have learn how to communicate more effectively with the public.

The guy was a late-night talk show host at one time - you know, like Jay Leno and David Letterman. So surely he must have some ability to entertain.
