Failed a roadside test and two in house breathalyzers and had the drugs on his person and the loser is going to try and fight (see Deny) it!? I think they should check him for drugs again. I can't wait to hear this story. What both testers were not working right and the officer planted the drugs? Come on Jaffer give it up, you're done!
