I'm referring to the fact that hamas intentionally uses the local populace as human shields, or launches attacks from schools and crowds of civilians. Bomb factories are located in residential buildings and ammo depots as well.

intentionally embedding military facilities within civilian populations should be a war crime as well.

Military targets and military facilities are not necessarily the same thing.
Hundreds if not thousands of factories located in North American cities could and would be considered legitimate military targets.

Correct, but Hamas's military infrastructure was directly built into the civilian infrastructure, be it tunnels exiting into the living rooms of homes, to mosques being used as rocket storage facilities.

So in the end, the "civilian" issue is a totally blurred line considering the types of combat occurring within the Palestinian/Israeli conflict.

Ahhh ok. Well there's no intelligent argument one can make against that.
I actually knew what you were getting at but was in a wise ass mood when I wrote that for some reason lol. Don't mind me, sometimes it just comes out

Ahhh the Mid-east version of the Viet Cong on a more fanatical scale.
Personally, I think the Mosques are fair game. We blasted many Christian churches off the face of the Earth( not to mention the pointless destruction of Monte Cassino). They could hardly call it an attack on their religion if we've done it to our own. In case they forgot, it's called war.

I don't see an issue with it. If a mosque is holding weapons, I'd blow it up the same if a church tower had a sniper. A "insert structure here" can always be rebuilt, the soldiers you have can't.

However, there will be people thinking that it is an attack on their religion. They'll ignore the fact guys like Hamas disgrace their faith if they use mosques as ammo dumps.

Wow, aren't we making a little bit of progress here!

Now, all that is left is for the United Nations to finally adopt a resolution calling "suicide bombings" in Israel, Iraq, and/or anywhere else in the world "A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY"!!

Why do I feel that this is never going to happen?
