I think we do, it was 2 months ago. Broadcasted at 3 in the morning by fox. And apology issued.

The stories that seem to get the largest prolonged media play in this country isn't horrible murders, gang killings.

But slights from Americans, a little insecure it would appear.We know how good our troops are and what they've sacrificed, we've lost more men and women in the stan than any other nation.

Why do we need all Americans to recognize something that's impossible to achieve anyways. You can't eliminate ignorance unfortunately so theres no point in continually banging your head against the wall.

I for one don't watch any of the US "News" channels, if you want to call them that. This is Canada and we don't really need any further integration do we? Might just be a good time to pull away from our "good friends" to the south a wee bit more.

"Unbiased" is one thing that Red Eye is not.

Personally I don't even have cable (sucks during hockey season for sure). I pick and choose what I want to see. If someone tells me about a program I may like I download it or rent/buy it at the video store.
I refuse to pay some cable company more and more $ every year for a bunch of shite and repeated old movies I don't want to watch anyway, if more people would clue in and get rid of the mind numbing fiasco we call entertainment then we would all be fitter, happier people.

I was in the Detroit airport and I walked into the Fox newstand as it was the closest one to my gate and bought a gum or something. The black immigrant cashier looked and me and I looked at him and we both said at the same time "I don't really like Fox".

He explained that he just worked at whatever outlet the managers put him at at any given day. I laughed because of the sweet irony of being so right of center that even the people who work at your store don't even want to associated with you, and neither do most of the customers. It was empty and I think the white folks didn't want to be seen in there either lol, but who knows maybe that was just my fantasy.

In hindsight I should have walked an airport mile to get my confectionary items, but you know how air travel is...

With that said, I still think Fox presents news in a different light than CNN. It would be a shame to get only the leftist side of the story.

The idea you give is correct, however, I don't see CNN as being a leftist news source. It's just not as far right as Fox.
