Dow falls below 8,700 for first time since 2003 - on the 1-year anniversary of all-time high.

Jesus, another 700 point drop.

Yup. The place that buys 80% of our stuff is going down the tubes, but we shouldn't worry. Our own market is dropping like a rock, but we're not supposed to worry. Our Prime Minister appears to have gotten his economics degree out of a Cracker Jack box, but we're not supposed to worry. Every time somebody says the worst is over...and Harper said that himself not to long long ago...or that we'll be okay, things dive again, but we're not supposed to worry.

It could be Harper's new slogo...logan...slogan.

$1:
What, me worry?

Actually, I'm not that worried. I live cheque to cheque.. Nothing in the bank, nothing in the market. And I've got my bartending experience to lean back on if things really go south. The worse things get, the more people want to drink!

I figure my RRSPs have 20 years to recover, so I'm not terribly worried that way. I'm more worried for people like my mother, who lives off her retirement savings, and my nieces and nephews ages who are just starting out.

I haven't seen a whole of talk about helping those people out.

If Harper's Mom can do it then your's can to.Your nieces and nephews can start by putting some coin into Harpers tax free saving's account that the government can never touch.

Then I would like to see the limit raised $5000.00/year for as long as the con's are in power.
