Exactly, even if you try to help a young black student, ESPECIALLY a male student excel in school and life he will be chastised, harassed or much, much worse by his fellow black students. I don't know why the black people keep moaning about how the man keeps them suppressed when after decades and decades of practice. They can do it all by themselves.
Not counting the sports or entertainment industry
(because sadly, most black kids will answer that they want to be either a singer, an actor or a high-paid athlete), American black culture does not promote the cultivation of scholastic intelligence, common sense career planning, hard work and sacrifice as a means of getting ahead in the general world.
Their culture
(in the USA not the rest of the world) by and large promotes a world view that says everyone is out to get them
(especially whitey), or the whole world is angry at you because they are jealous of your "blackness"
(whatever that means) and/or a philosophy of getting ahead by any means necessary
(which usually translates to attitudes of "kill whitey" and "shut up bitch').
You do not see this destructive attitude amongst European, Latin-America, Caribbean or African blacks as it is largely an export of their American cousins. Or so I've discovered in my dealings with black people of the years.
Bottom line is, it is no longer "whitey's fault" anymore. Their destruction is now
(and has been for decades) been coming ever more so from their own hand. They are now destroying themselves.
