Who is talking about Deep State? This is your "democracy" pal, in the open. The only details CP24 doesn't provide is the number of family members of TPS who work there (and at the Toronto Sun as it were).

What's more disconcerning is a guy getting canned for an appearance on a U.S show. First they suspend then can him, he's been there for a long time, he's an honourable guy who has always done his job well, quote popular I imagine.

Meanwhile, CP24 doesn't see any problem with the sibling of a cop doing an interview with the Chief of Toronto Police. Just as the wife of the RCMP is one of the heads of internal complaint processes. Only in Canada can this go with little consequence.
