The fact is, Trudeau campaigned partly on legalizing marijuana and now he's not going to go through with it. This leads to only one of two conclusions. Trudeau either lied through his teeth, or else he was completely oblivious to our international "agreements".
Which means Trudeau is either a base liar or he's incompetent.

"He promised 25k Syrian refugees by Christmas and didn't come thru. Although I'm against bringing in that many and worry they are being brought in too fast." He promised he'd legalize marijuana, and hasn't done so 3 months into his mandate. For shame. Although I'm actually against legalizing marijuana."
