I maintain that the participation is important. Too often we let others do the heavy lifting for us. In this situation we're still a small player but we're there doing something.
Whether the equipment we have is good enough is open to debate, I suppose, though in this case I think one would be hard put to prove that what we have is not good enough for the role.
Being there is a lot better than offering excuses as to why we *can't* be there.
