Yeah we have certain traditions here, but they're not obligations and if the Court rules so, they can't be laws and that's that. That's why you can toss someone out of the Legion for wearing a dirty baseball cap but you can't toss them out for wearing a yarmulke or a turban. The law says it's part of their identity, not a fashion accessory.

This isn't about traditions, it's about identifying yourself when necessary. A trained chimp could vote with our setup. Wear anything you want, but don't cover your face to be identified. (See my post about voting.)

And like I said it's total bullshit to claim you can vote without identifying yourself. Like honest to shit, if the law says two pieces of ID is required, you aren't gonna vote with your head in a bag and no ID.
