Fail #1

Eliminate all oil and gas tax loopholes

"Eliminating special tax breaks for oil and gas companies: including repealing special expensing rules, foreign tax credit benefits, and manufacturing deductions for oil and gas firms."

Fail #4

Close loopholes in the corporate tax deductibility of CEO pay

Congress has set rules regarding the tax deductibility of the salaries of CEOs, but forms of non-salary compensation have become popular. Obama would look at revamping definitions of compensation.

I am going to have a lot of fun with this. :)

It's kind of funny that all those Democrats who voted Barry in and felt they were creating Camelot all over again while making American voting history, discovered that no POTUS has actually run the country since Eisenhower and anybody who has gotten elected since is beholding to somebody else, Community Activists with a huge repertoire of utter bullshit included.

It's like they say. You can't go home again and hopefully Canadians aren't stupid enough to try and recreate the past by electing someone based solely on the accomplishments or charisma of a previous leader. But, if they do and it's just to relive their youth vicariously through a politician or to make political history, they'll likely end up just as disappointed as the visionaries who elected Barry and expected JFK, in black.

If Barry was being controlled by Community Activists, he would have followed up on much more of his agenda - it was an activist agenda. Instead he seems to be run by the same small group of rich guys as anybody else.

Well, tonight Obama's going to start a showdown with the GOP over immigration and he's going to kill the Democrat's chances of keeping the White Hut in 2016 because a majority of Democrats are polling in favor of the GOP on immigration.

I will say too that for a number of people Obama's plan tonight to usurp Congress and pass a law by executive fiat is going to have severe repercussions.

To quote a former US Senator on the subject of passing laws by executive fiat:

$1:
"...that’s not how it works. We’ve got this Constitution, we’ve got this whole thing about separation of powers. So there is no shortcut to politics, and there’s no shortcut to democracy.”

And I'll give you all one guess as to who that former Senator is.

current-events-f59/obama-s-post-election-plans-for-a-secret-radical-agenda-new-york-post-t110593.html?hilit=obama

Top of the list for that secret agenda was immigration.

Who said he was being controlled by community activists? [huh]

I said that's what he was and his rhetoric was just bullshit because, even as a community activist he was still being controlled by other people whether the overly enlightened, unwashed masses that elected him believed it or not.

He's another lawyer.

End of story.
