Thought I already wrote this: The fact he was found guilty and sentenced to jail and probation is a condemnation. The judge specifically added more jail time to condemn the act. I agree with the sentence, so I condemn the act. I just don't how for blood no matter what the circumstances.
What is idiotic is your inability to see the distinctions between these two cases. They are not the same, they won't get treated by law to be the same. You can't see that, but the judges will be able to do so. There isn't a judge in the world that would give these two men the same sentence. Will, in Duhmerica, with 30 years for having sex with a 16 y o boy, maybe there are such judges.Or the one that thinks religious freedom only applies to Christians. Thank Christ we don't have those nutbars up here.
