Imo, yet another gap in our animal cruelty laws, which are weaker than most of iur US and European peers. But at any rate, was it reasonable for the employee and the boss to expect that he could kill them all humanely, or is this like an unqualified airline pilot saying "but only 9 of 56 passengers died"
It is my understanding that 56 of the dog were actually killed, only 9 of them were apparently dying "slower than they should"...
Ya I got ya.. My comment was wondering whether 47 of 56 is an acceptable standard, or whether it should be 56 of 56 every time. If an unlicensed doctor botched 9 of 56 surgeries, anyone involved would be held to account.
Oh duh... I'll blame my ESL (always a good excuse when I misread something

)
I agree with you tho, it is freaking ridiculous and it makes me REALLY mad. The owner had so many more options than to "order" this. I think this guy is a bit slow tho, and was maybe even treated badly. Also, if he was brought up in the country as opposed to in the city, it might be a "normal" thing to do to animals that do not make a profit anymore...
What I am wondering is whether the owner will get a day in court or not...
