My experience in Richmond is I am not sure about the no service for whitey but there are areas where white Canadians do face a form racism from the older generation of Chinese immigrants.

I think I might have to start using my crayons here. I'll try to type slow so you can keep up Brah: Once and finally, I don't think an inanimate thing like a hashtag can do anything. That's called anthropomorphization. People do things, ideas like hashtags can encourage that action.
