Took a drive down to Hinton on Hwy 40 yesterday to pick up our new 14 foot boat. It was a very pretty drive, love that highway, sunny, snow, rain, hail, sure was a mixed bag. I saw quite a few Elk and many Deer as I cruised along. (No bears, was a wee tad disappointed by that) These were the only two that posed for the camera...

I...love... Northern Flickers! Almost as much as Nuthatches!
