okay What I did.. In my life lol
Kinda different story.
1) Ex Junior Hockey Goalie, worn the team Canada jersey in Senior men's hockey in Europe ( tournament play) been to two rookie camps in the 1980's.
2) played High level rugby ( 2nd row 7 years) in the lower mainland North Surrey Selects 7 years ( until I was 22) A sport that I loved from the very first time I walked onto the pitch.
3) Recreational Slalom racer 15-20 years old. won a couple of events.
4) Played Mid Field and Goal in Soccer for probably 15 years.( more Center Half than goalie)
5) Human Kinetics degree, go figure eh
6) 11 handicap RCGA
7) Pistol and Rifle shooter.. cross pistols PPC / cross rifles competition.

Martial arts ( many years) had to give up sparing.. (retinal detachment syndrome)
9) Coach high level hockey now... ( really out of shape now)
10) Training now to get back in shape ....
When I was 23 I could do 3 sets of 8 at 350lbs on the bench and could squat about 750lbs.and ( 1 rep. max) I could also run a 5.3 second 40 and run a sub 5:00 mile... now I 'm 40 and just getting my fat ass off the couch is an accomplishment...that kills me.
I have broken every one of my fingers, left wrist scoped. Left hip is F**Ked Left knee scoped 2 times, Blood clot left calf behind knee. left shoulder scoped once. broke 2 knuckles on my right hand. ( olny thing I ever did to my right hand side.... Had so many concussions I've lost count but the vertigo at times hasn't LOL.
What I do now.. live in the past (alot) LOL, Play with my kids, Still play and coach hockey ( high level ..love that). Streching, training - swimming/ running. Tai Chi sometimes...
Yoga....
