The Toronto Raptors have obviously been a major story here in my hometown and also a major dissapointment seeing how we haven't gone to the play-offs in 6 years. Now Brian Collangelo is the GM and he is bringing in new players and bringing some order in the team.

The preseason games have been good so far because I'm pretty sure that Toronto has won every single one so far.

I can't wait for the season to begin and I really do have my fingers crossed that the raps will finally get into the playoffs!! Does anyone else share the same hope I do!!

It'd be nice, for sure. I'm not sure if I see it happening THIS year, but if they do, good for them.

They definitely have a lot of work ahead of them to get themselves out of the hole they've been in for the past however many years.

With Ford, Nesterovic and Bargnani all as new arrivals, who knows?

I'll root for them until Vancouver gets a team again.

I think the raptors could be good. Bosh should be an all-star again and hopefully Ford will really help him along and will make for a great duo. but the rest of the team is unexperienced and full of question marks. I think if they're lucky they will be near .500 and finish 7th or 8th. but i wouldn't be too suprised if they bombed and won only 30 games.
