I would just like to put a shout out to everyone involved in the largest sporting event in North America, the 2nd largest Dragonboat race outside of Hong Kong, to the 5000 athletes, which is comparable to the olympics (and doesnt cost as much), the 150 boats on the water, the volunteers that dragged some of our asses off those boats at the end of a couple hard fought races.

I want to give a huge shout out to our CF boys and girls....they set up our tent city. Without them building tent city and on the water, giving us security in case we bail and for anything else, we would be screwed. Oh they gave me the coolest wrist band!!!! Its all camo....but seriously, our tents are all them....i dont know if anyone gets that last comment but that is how we feel!!!....To all our sponsors....Thank you!!!!....

But...the spectators...we can feel you, the energy, the vibe, the cheering....you guys ROCK!!!!

But most importantly....to my team....there is no other team that fought as hard as us....we got the two boats out there....and we raced!!!! We trained, we raced...but we fought hard!!!! and i am privileged to be on both the boats!!!!
