I know some of you support liberty, freedom, Rule of Law, democracy and the like. Turn the channel from the spoiled superstars of pro sports, and please show some support for war heroes who have risked their lives and lost a great deal sacrificing for us all.

Opening ceremony in Toronto on right now, 8 pm EST. Should be some good competition over the next few days.

I watched W5 which broadcast just prior to the Opening Ceremonies for the Invictus Games last night. I was very moved by the stories of our vets and how participation in sports has helped their recovery in so many ways. I then watched the Opening Ceremonies which I found amusing at times, moving at times and glitchy at times. The highlights for me were the stories of and by the athletes, and the speech by Prince Harry. Sarah and Laura, and the 3 Tenors did a fine job of providing musical entertainment - the others left me flat.

I'll be watching the Games for sure. GO CANADA, GO!

...I didn't see Trump. Must be too busy draining that swamp.
