Since Calgary is the last hope in hell that we have for a Canadian team to take home the Stanley Cup. I feel it just right to start a support thread in the sports forum.

Lets give them all the support we that we can

Yup thats why I created the new poll to see how many think that the Flames will go all the way.. and yes we should put all differences aside now that the Flames are the only Canadian team left and every one root for them

Yep, go Calgary go. All Canadians have to pray to what ever god they believe in. Make Voodoo dolls of the San Jose team and use them during the game. Put their ladders away, lock up their black cats, never step on a crack in the sidewalk. We must muster all of our superstitious beliefs to help the only Canadian team left bring back the cup to where it belongs. Failing that, at least cheer for them K!!!!!!!!!

Be sure to use caution hopping onto the Calgary Flames bandwagon. It is becoming more and more crowded with each passing win, and there is a high risk of stampede (back off the wagon) should a loss occur in the finals.

My seat on the wagon is quite cramped, in case you were wondering. I jumped on this past round, and it was already quite full...in case you were wondering :) I am actually standing, crushed at the doorway, hanging onto a rail...lol.

I'm rooting for them all the way. Since they've made it this far, I can live with the fact I'm cheering on the team that knocked mine out of the playoffs, lol.

Uh oh. Tampa remembered how to play on Saturday. The flames were not playing any worse, Tampa just stepped up.

Still could've gone either way, I mean it went to double overtime!

What did you think of that Flames goal that wasn't a goal?

In my opinion it was clearly a goal. I'm not upset about it right now, but if Calgary loses game 7 it will be worth boycotting hockey until the rules are changed somewhat. It's complete bullshit that the goal was not counted because play had already resumed before it was disputed. Disgusting. Calgary had better win.....

$1:
TAMPA, Fla. (CP) - On second thought, they're not happy.

A good look at some television replays and a day later some players on the Calgary Flames believe they got robbed when Martin Gelinas's apparent goal in the third period of Game 6 on Saturday night was not counted. One particular TV replay seems to show the puck clearly crossing the goal line, but the NHL was quick to call their replays inconclusive.

the rest here

i was trying to find a pic on the net that shows the puck in the net but i couldn't find anything
