Well, even with the Russians the Cauncks didn't have a great sixty minutes. They are playing much better and I'm still going to give the edge on drive and determination to our boys in finding a way to win, so I'm thinkin............5-3 Canada with Wade Redden scoring the winning goal..... Canada is the better team on paper, and I think for the most part they showed it in this game....they just couldn't get it in the net.

You guys demonstrated too much unsportsmenlike behavior yesterday and didn't deserve to go to the finals. We proved it by easy win over the Swedes.

I am surprised the czechs won. Jagr and Prospal aren't known to be game breakers. I thought Russia and Slovakia were going to be Canada's main competition. Both the Russians and Slovakia had almost the ideal teams they had in the world cup and are loaded with firepower like Ovechkin and Palffy.

It's unfortunate. But this is European hockey, and it sucks big time. If this game was in North America Canada would of won no problem. The reffing would be better, and the games would be more physical (and the Euro teams can't handle that without crying and whining ).
