The term to use is "on the road". You want to know the price on the road, everything included.
You're the boss, if they are doing something that's pissing you off, let them know, and tell them to fix it or you walk.
But buying used and paying cash is really the way to go.
Bought my wife's Malibu was purchased with 30,000 kms for 15,000.00, my f-150 had 104,000 kms and on the road

price for that was 9,500.00
No payments. Also, if you are buying used from a dealer, remember their profit margin on the used machines is much higher than their new ones. So ALWAYS lowball them with the first offer. Let THEM work to get the price back up to something fair.
