There actually an official party that promotes the independance of all the western provinces
The Western Block Party may do a come back after the last federal buget.
I'v heard on the news that the Saskatchewan PM called the last budget treason to the Saskatchewan people.

Mukluk Mukluk: I would like to start a Saskatchewan separation movement. The benefits for SK would be many, but the most important is ass kissing.
Sick of seeing Quebec getting their asses kissed 24/7? You too could have a province that is one the "HAVE" list of ass kissing! Just wave the flag of separation, and watch the rest of the country rush to stand in line and kiss your ass.
As in Quebec, all we need is a small minority to be very vocal. On a per capita basis, I figure this is about 10 people... and millions will listen... and the ass kissing will begin.
What would they do without the Western Riders? Tabernak.
Start kissin'.
Estie. m
Next time read the memo, 7.5 million have more weight then 1 million. Good thought though.

Yeah like the U.S. plan to find terrorist cells near the Alberta refinery's and send in the Army to "protect" the Canadian people.

I assuming that Kelfka is joking...a separate Saskatchewan would be the doom of the province. Quebec could at least make it on its own as a country, not a very good country, but at least they could call themselves such. Saskatchewan does not have the vision or the ability to separate.

OK, I am new to this but it does not seem right for the rest of Canada to succeed from Saskatchewan. It has so few people. ![Canada Flag [flag]](./images/smilies/smilie_flag.gif) We all need someone to complain about and make fun of. You do not have Cleveland. Moreover, it would be downright rude.
Has this anything to do with the difficulty in pronunciation? The province could still change that if there is any room for compromise left. I am not going to buy any more potash until everyone becomes friends again and whines about the other. I hope that was not too strongly worded. You know I will still buy some. My wife gardens. But I needed to make a statement before it is true early.
Just an innocent question, but does Saskatchewan have any oil? Any at all? How about what is already in home basement tanks? It adds up. We are running a special down here exchanging oil for freedom. Limited time only. Those Democrats' indictments are mounting up faster than a possum can eat a locust on a melting glacier.

They had a License plate naming contest for sask. in Alberta awhile back. One of it was "The land of the leaving" That would be in order today, hey?
