The foreign troops should leave. In Afghan history, they don't fight for years, they fight for generations.

I guess this lady would rather be supressed or mudered by the Taliban. Her choice I guess.

She thinks it more likely she or others would be killed as collateral damage in the battle between occupying forces and thier idealogical enemys than to be killed by any other Afgan political faction.

Afghans instinctively only unite against strangers......then they get back to their national sport killing each other.
The trick here is to get these Taliban seen as strangers and us as friends.

I see your comments are as intelligent as hers.

If you would remember that a woman without her burka, educated, and in a position of power may have a problem staying alive with the rather large target on her back. Perhaps her dream is to be shot like a dog in a soccer pitch. Perhaps she wants to die as some kind of martyr only she knows.
