If you had started this thread with:

"Hey you guys, I am CBKM, and my daughter has an assignment to for social studies about Native Canadians, could you tell me more about it? This is what we have so far..."

you would have had much different comments.

We sink low? You keep insulting, and it is all our fault? You know what, you are not a troll... You are too damned stupid for that. Now again, Fuck off, if you have nothing better to do then come here and insult people.

Just remember, we are NOT gonna do your daughters assignment, and we are not gonna give you any helpful websites either. You are on your own here, sweetheart!

CryBabyKM CryBabyKM:
Sorry

Didnt go and cry in a corner after all!

The Detriot Red Wings won the cup!

Who was the last Canadian team to win the cup?

Obama is getting in, but all political figures are just finger puppets anyways. About 1000 rich people from original families run this country.

Forgive me for keeping at such a subtle pace, for this is one of many resources I am using to DIRECT my daugher in HER assignment. Her teacher seen this site and called me, said she was apalled at how quick you were to sink so low.

This is for my daughters social study assignment, not for me, not for you, not for your Native Canadians that you have not said ANYTHING about as of yet.

A few of you have said a few things, but most of you seem to be the trolls you convince me to be.

So be it. Continue if you will.

I read the post "How did you conquere me" as well as "The ghost of crownland."

Is the author a native canadian or a canadian?

I also looked into Gary McHale, are these two friends or enemies?

Do they know each other?

Any thoughts?

What a load of unmitigated junk! You're guilty of not only being a troll, but all you've done is promulgate your ignorance. Instead of chastising others for things you can't abstain from, why not educate yourself on the topic BEFORE posting. Thanks.

Oh...and please bring in the teacher who saw it fit to judge an entire site on the responses of regulars to your obvious trolling. Seems that between you and this "teacher" your daughter getting a fine education. Hit the library, not the Internet.

Then I laugh at the teacher as well. How are we sinking so low by refusing to do your daughter's research for her? Especially sicne for some reason YOU are the one asking us to do this, AND you insulted us as a people and a Nation. Fuck you buddy. If refusing to do someone else's research for them when I don't even know them and after their father insulted my nation and my people is somehow "sinking so low", then I've never even swam...

So then you should've let HER approach us; maybe she wouldn't have insulted us and our nation and maybe we would've been more helpful. We don't have to tell you anything. I already provided numerous tips and methods on how to get excellent subject matter through very efficient and quick means, and you still keep asking us to hand you the answers. Do the fucking research buddy. There's already a good handful of stuff if you just read through a lot of the articles in the Native Canadian Issues forum section.

CryBabyKM, let me put a scenario in your head...Hopefully this will help you understand where we're coming from...

Okay...Let's pretend what I'm about to type is my introductory post on a website called America Kicks Ass. Here we go...

$1:
Title: How many Americans believe in American-Mexicans?

I've checked out this website a few times.

You Americans bitch a lot about Mexicans and how they're stealing your jobs.

I'm curious since you know so much about them...

Okay, so that would be my introductory post. Next post...

$1:
I live in Canada.

I am one of the minorities myself in Canada.

For I like baseball.

I notice the Japanese tend to have better players than you guys...

Is this why so many Americans feel inferior when it comes to Japan? I mean, technology, better food, longer lifespan, better at your sports, smarter than you...

Want to surrender to Japan? Then you'd be part of the most technologically advanced nation on Earth and proudly say you come from where all the best baseball players come from!

Now that we've come this far, how inclined would you be towards helping me?

Too damn lazy to read through the entire thread. However, I'll add one little point and hope it hasn't been mentioned already. The First Nations threw their lot in with the British and prototypical Canadians during the War of 1812. In fact at Detroit, yer feckin' "Granny" Hull was pissin' his pant at a bunch of war-yelling FN and some militia who they figured were British regulars. Gave Detroit over with barely a shot fired in anger. We like our FN. No Tecumseh and FN? No Canada.

Really quite simple. I'm sure you get the picture.

Well said.

They may not be our bitch....................yet, but dollars to donuts they'll be China's in another couple of decades.

Just think of the money we'll save on shipping all the cheap crap, from the United States of China, rather than all the way across the Pacific. ROTFL

Have you ever heard Stan Rogers song "McDonnell on the Heights?" Its a great song from a great (sadly dead) singer and songwriter.

Too thin the line that charged the Heights

And scrambled in the clay.

Too thin the Eastern Township Scot

Who showed them all the way,

And perhaps had you not fallen,

You might be what Brock became

But not one in ten thousand knows your name.

To say the name, MacDonnell,

It would bring no bugle call

But the Redcoats stayed beside you

When they saw the General fall.

Twas MacDonnell raised the banner then

And set the Heights aflame,

But not one in ten thousand knows your name.

You brought the field all standing with your courage and your luck

But unknown to most, you're lying there beside old General Brock.

So you know what it is to scale the Heights and fall just short of fame

And have not one in ten thousand know your name.

At Queenston now, the General on his tower stands alone

And there's lichen on 'MacDonnell' carved upon that weathered stone

In a corner of the monument to glory you could claim,

But not one in ten thousand knows your name.

You brought the field all standing with your courage and your luck

But unknown to most, you're lying there beside old General Brock.

So you know what it is to scale the Heights and fall just short of fame

And have not one in ten thousand know your name.

Yep. Many people seem to forget that Brock died (which was a severe blow to the British and didn't help morale) but MacDonnell helped keep it all together. Another Canadian national hero who I forgot to mention is Laura Secord, who is pretty much the Canadian equivalent of Paul Revere...
