4 months, that's 18 weekends, that is 3 girls a weekend, 1 Friday, 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday.

I think he is saying he would rather be with a quality women, good looking, smart... rather than just some old bar slut.
Anyone can pick up a bar slut and nail it. You only reget it a few days later when you get some itchy sensation and you have crabs, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea or something far worse.
Being friends with the women, isn't true love just that? Friendship on Fire.
