Avro Avro:
I was thinking about this earlier today as I walked outside into a cloud of smog and cement covered landscapes. I tried to picture it all without man's influence and what I saw in my minds eye was Eden with fresh clean air and animals abound free to roam in all of natures beauty..... :D

Of course then I opened my eyes and other senses only realize we have f**ked up this planet.

Mr. Smith was right, we're like a virus.

Very simple, it would be Liberal.

I resent that remark, as a first generation American of German descent, I like my beer.

We might be beating the earth up a little, but it will thank us sooner or later. I don't see monkeys or elephants being able to stop a massive Meteor or some other kind of World ending disaster.

The Liberals will say we shouldn't stop a meteor because it interfere with the natural order of things.

Without people we wouldn't be here to ask stupid questions like,"What would the world be like without people?" Now go hug a tree.

What the world be like without people?

Hm... not Eden, because if a meterorite came and crashed, it'd be transformed into a dead wasteland.

And plus... maybe dinosaurs or something would rule.

Without people the world would be much lighter. Over time it would spin faster so days would merge into nights. With insufficient light vegetation would wither and die, followed by the animals. The great apes would be first to go.

The world's population is 6,446,131,400 give or take a million. If the average weight was 10 stone then the weight on earth would be 670,397,676,000 lbs. You can see that is a lot of weight to rotate.
