She probably uses pepper spray instead of Tabasco on her powdered eggs. I know a few people who do that and they no foolin' say it raises their resistance to pepper spray - she's probably one of them. And, yes, she is off the hook. I've seen some serious guys just crumble at that.

It probably does Bart. We had a guy in my recruit platoon that had been in the infantry reserve and had been tear gassed so many times that he never batted an eye when he did it in Basic. Walked in and took a deep breath. Half of the rest of us were puking into the Bay of Fundy.

The year I did my pepper spray training, they were talking that it should become a yearly training..... It was brutal.

There was talk that the folks on the Naval Boarding party teams would have to take a pretty good shot of it, since they carry it in the course of thier dutys. My thought was that they also use MP5s and Sig Sauers.........

I was about the opposite, get me within 100 m of the gas and I;d be gagging. As for the pepper spray either the shit we use in the CF is a lot more potent or she's got glass eyes but there is not fucking way

That's funny! A friend of mine who is a cop didn't want to get pepper sprayed so they would issue him one till he did. He said to his CO "Why do you need to spray me? You gave me a gun and didn't need to shoot me."
Don't think he ever got the spray issued to him.

I have a friend that was married to a cop. She came home telling him how bad the spray was during her training (guess she didn't think of your friend's logic). So, being the typical macho guy he is, decided to go out to the garage and try it out after she went to bed...... How bad could it be right? I can't tell the whole story, (language would be a problem here) but in the end, she awoke to a frantic husband in some serious pain, and far less macho.

I think he'd have preferred being shot.
