Melchizdek is probably the least acknowledged country.

DrCaleb DrCaleb:
Slobovia.

Also known as 'Arkansas', Slobovia is characterized by a unique culture of inbred Caucasians who typically register to vote as Democrats, they drink a fluid that comes in cans that they euphemistically refer to as 'beer', the typical domicile of the region tends to be rectangular and mounted on wheels with an unnatural ability to attract tornadoes.

Close! Actually coined by Al Capp in the comic strip "Lil' Abner". Used to preclude the usual race-centric jokes.

I would have thought the Grand Duchy of Fenwick would have been on the list.

I was gonna say where the hell is Wallis and Futuna but after I googled it I may have been inebriated there during a fueling stop on the way to Oz so that one is out. 8O

Therefore I'll have to go with the majority and say Slobovia, specifically Lower Slobovia. [B-o]
