hwacker hwacker: Brenda Brenda: hwacker hwacker: Brenda Brenda: well, i have a headache happy? You're husband must love that. How come? Does that mean he has a night off or something? "Not off" would be more accurate.
Really?
Is "headache" an excuse your wife uses???
Awwww, poor you, and you fall for it...

If you want to pass out some sound health tips and be taken seriously, I suggest you first learn how to write a proper sentence. Not sure if English is your first language but you're not getting your point across very well. Also no one is going to give you any personal information over the internet.

So, what you say is: you have had a health problem, you solved it, so please tell me how you did that, and I can make money out of your experience.
Listen, hun, if people have health problems, they go to their doctors. If they "got rid" of their health problem, they took a Tylenol or they are lucky. Not another Guinea Pig for some farmaceutical company.
No one cares whether someone else suffers from diabetics, and it is definitely non of our business.
Sorry, but we cannot help you here.

Unfortunately diabetes is not curable but is manageable with proper monitoring, exercise, diet and medication. If you were born with it or developed it later in life, either way you will need to change your lifestyle to properly deal with it.
I take it you're from Pakistan?
