Ha, this is one more proof of awful canadian reality. A lot of canadians never visited other countries (especially in Europe), that is why they are thinking that wholes in the roads, dirt everywhere, old buildings, high prices for mobile phone/internet (with low quality), terrible public transport are normal things. In Russia such people are called - Vatniki:)
First we have "holes in the roads". The world "whole" means "all of; entire".
And I thought Europeans criticized Canadians for being so young. Europe has homes that are multiple centuries old. Everything in Canada is new, and we tear things down that are only a couple decades old. We have great difficulty maintaining heritage over a single century, much less 500 to 2,000 years common in Europe.
And if you're from Poland, why quote a phrase from Russia?
