Shit, just by reading your posts there is no way you are suitable to work with other people, expecially those of colour, women, diabled, gays, and any disadvantaged group. You were not hired because they would rather have a vacancy then someone telling everyone how their lives are so easy and that they have a free ride on the backs of the white man.

One good thing about the recent changes to the HRC was the inclusion of Native Indian women. Before Native Indians were above the HRC's reach.
No longer can they be treated like washed up possessions. But 3 years wait is a long time.
